Article: Tulsa working on energy-saving plan
Monday, June 20, 2011 at 9:00AM What’s up Doc?
This was an interesting article I came across about how Tulsa is working as a city to focus on energy saving changes. The point that was most interesting especially to our industry was the use of LED lights. I’m sure that by now it is no secret that LED lights are more compact, energy efficient and much cheaper to use than conventional lighting. It’s great that a small change like switching to LED powered lighting can make a big difference. Whether it’s in the OR, clinic or on the street in the case of Tulsa.

Take a look at the whole article here from Tulsa World and see what other changes they are making as a city to save money and go green.
My comment response question I’d like to know is; what does your work place do to be energy efficient?
